Elderly Care: Wheelchairs can be made available upon request. Usage of these wheelchairs are not permitted at shore side of ports of call. A refundable deposit fee of SGD300 / NTD7,500 / HKD1,800 will be charged during the rental period.

Assistive devices such as mobility scooters must be stored inside your cabins and should not be parked in doorways, corridors, near fire doors and, elevator lobbies, in compliance with emergency evacuation requirements. For safe entry, please ensure that the device must not exceed the cabin door’s width.
