Eligibility Criteria
Applicable Bookings
The Price Guarantee applies to bookings made directly through our website or our Customers Services Centre (call centre).
Comparison Rates
If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same vessel, same cruise itinerary, same cabin type, and same reservation dates on any other website (“Comparison Price”) you may submit a claim.
Currency Requirement
Only prices found in the same currency as the original booking are eligible for a claim.
Time Frame
You must submit your application within 24 hours after booking and no less than 48 hours prior to sailing.
Exclusions
Group rates, membership rates, and non-publicly available rates are not eligible as comparison pricing for claims.
The Best Price Guarantee may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. All claims are subject to review by StarDream Cruises, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
StarDream Cruises also reserves the right to reject any claim under this program and to revoke any or all program benefits for current or future reservations.
Claiming Process
Customers must submit their claims via the claim form, providing their booking reference number, details of the lower price (e.g., screenshot, website link), and any supporting documentation as listed in the form.
